Weekend in St. Louis

This is Natalie... hiding as we are crossing the bridge over to St. Louis.

Jake up close with a hippo at the zoo.

Maggie up close with a bird at the zoo.

Since we had a long holiday weekend, we decided it would be a good time to visit St. Louis with the kids, excluding Krysta who had to work. If it had been up to Natalie, she wouldn't have gone either... but... it wasn't up to her. We got in late Saturday afternoon and went straight to the zoo which is free. We saw what we could in about an hour and a half then headed out for some b-b-que. On Sunday we were able to visit a couple of congregations and spent the afternoon looking at 6 different houses with a realtor. We spent a lot of time just driving around and looking at neighborhoods and different places that were in the area. Jake & Maggie were both stunned to find out there are no Skyline chili places to eat in St. Louis. Guess we will have to stock up before we move.

No Skyline!!! We know how they feel. When we come in, I have a feeling we'll be at Skyline many times.
