Hakuna Matata!

It was an evening at the theater for Jeff, Michelle and the girls. The Lion King was the show of the night and it was the first time for the girls to see a big production. This was Michelle's second time to see the Lion King...her first was in London a couple of years ago. The costumes and choreography were amazing and it was an enjoyable evening. Jake got to have his fun too and spend the night with the Scott family who have 3 boys.

Maggie Celebrates America!

On Friday night, Maggie's elementary school put on a program called "Celebrate America!" The second graders wore the color green and each class performed 2-3 songs about America. Maggie has been practicing her songs for a couple of months now, and finally the night came when she got to sing them. Posted are a couple of pictures of Maggie and some of her good friends from school.

Outside...Finally!!

Today Jake and his mommy met up with some friends to have lunch and play at a park. We have been having unseasonably cooler temperatures for this time of year mixed with rain and not much sunshine. So...after being indoors it was nice to finally get out and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Jake and Samuel had fun on the bouncy see-saw.

Happy Easter!

Easter Morning with Maggie & Jake. Temperatures around 28* degrees with snow flurries off and on. Don't think there will be any outdoor egg hunts going on in this neck of the woods.

Spring Break through the South!

The Woolfpack loaded the car and headed to Destin,FL for fun in the sun and sand. Our first day there was a rainy one, so the girls enjoyed spending the day and some money at the outlet stores. Once the rainy day was out of the way, we enjoyed time by the pool and playing in the Gulf of Mexico. Maggie enjoyed her time boogie boarding until she was stung by a jellyfish. Natalie had some fun on the waves too. Jake enjoyed having his "floaties" on his arms and just being in the pool. Krysta enjoyed her time with her friend Andrea and catching some rays. The weather was nice and warm until the day we left and started heading home with some stops along the way. The first stop was in Birmingham, AL to spend a few nights with the Tipton family. The kids and adults enjoyed their time together as chilly temperatures began to set in. On Saturday night, our next stop was in Nashville, TN to attend the wedding of Crystal Curtis and Jason Brown...a cousin of Jeff's. We got to see lots of family we had not seen in awhile and although it was a whirlwind of a stop, it was good to see everyone who was able to be there. We left Nashville around 10:15 EST and arrived home safe and sound around 2:15 a.m. Although very tired and bitter cold temperatures to come back to, we are very glad to be home! More pictures from our trip are posted in the "links to pictures".
